  2. Executive Summary The Dudhwala Group was founded in 1965 by late Mr. Ibrahim Dudhwala. As a first generation entrepreneur, he star- ted the journey as a channel partner and made constant progression up the real estate chain till he wore the mantle of a developer with his first commercial project in Mumbai called Patel Complex which stands tall in a 80,000 Sq. Ft. area. Executive Summary NDW has evolved to become one of the emerging real estate development companies in west India , NDW is headquarted in Fort, Mumbai NDW announced itself on the Mumbai Real Estate scene with the launch of two major projects in the heart of Mumbai: (i) NDW Proxima, a Rs. 8.0 billion residential development that is being built on a 3.7 acre expanse of land; and (ii) NDW Vipin Residency, a Rs. 1.0 billion residential project that encompasses larger than usual 2 and 3 bedroom Homes and is uniquely situated 1.5 km from Dadar Station. The current portfolio of NDW is valued at Rs. 4200 Crore; covering 2.8 Million Sq. Ft of saleble area. It encompasses projects such as NDW Aquagem (Mazgaon), NDW Vipin Residency (Dadar), NDW Proxima (Andheri E), NDW Optima (Andheri E), NDW Altima(Andheri E), Bomabay XI (Mahalaxmi). Under the astute leadership of Mr. Naqeeb Patel – Managing Director, NDW has achieved tremendous success in terms of quality standards and sales traction. NDW has put together an experienced team of professionals from across the real estate industry and the current team size is upwards of 200 members across the organisational core team.

  13. Leadership Team NAQEEB PATEL Director Naqeeb has been responsible for transforming a patriarchal organisation into a professional one. He is a high-performing operations-management professional with expertise in building & optimizing organizational processes, measurement systems and infrastructures to maximize business results in real estate and asset management across residential, commercial, retail and hospitality industries. With new acquisition of over 9 million sq.ft of properties in the last 3 odd years, his focus has been to create projects and spaces catering to both- residential and commercial needs with high standards of quality and delivery. A skilled strategist, he specializes in transforming strategic plans into workable solutions. He has successfully led the first institutional funding for the group and is in discussion with several others.

He has previously held senior finance positions at Sobha Group (UAE), Binani Industries (India/ UAE), Dubai Group (UAE), National Bank of Dubai (UAE), KPMG (Kuwait)& Ernst & Young (India) Anil has been at Senior Leadership roles across Real Estate Development, Consulting and Investment Management. He brings to the table, a rich skill set and experience of more than 12 years in the area of Business Consulting. Amaan has a rich experience of over 20 years within the retail and real estate industries. Strategic Leasing, Space Management, Negotiation and a flair for marketing & sales make him an extremely charismatic leader. He has in the past held senior positions at Runwal Group, Kalpataru Retail and Raymond Apparel
