Supplementary Figure S1: A selective dual specificity inhibitor of JNK and P38 kinases does not inhibit okadaic acid-induced Tau-Ser422 phosphorylation in LAN-5 cells Compound is a potent and selective inhibitor of P38 and JNK Tau-pS422 levels in LAN-5 cells. The cells were incubated overnight with DMSO or 10 uM P38/JNK inhibitor and then treated for 90 min with okadaic acid. Cell lysates were assayed using Tau-pS422 ELISA
