  2. Use the links on the left to add assignment, forms, calendar items and any other files and information you want for your website.

  3. The following are a collection of options highlighting the features of each section in your website editor.

  4. Page Setting • You can choose which links will appear on your website. • Rename the links. • Click “Start page” toggle to change the homepage for your website. • Click “Save” at the bottom

  5. About • Use for sharing education and experiences. Custom Page • Use to create your own HTML page. • Great for a customized webpage.

  6. Presentation • Use to share your powerpoints or notebook files. • Must be .ppt, .pptx, .swf, .notebook formats

  7. Calendar • Click “Option” to add event or click on the desired date. • RSS feed for parents or students. • Change view from Day, Week, or Month.

  8. Forms / File Manager • Allows you to share files with students and parents. (May create sublevels for file folders) • Forms must be: • doc, docm, docx, pdf, rtf, txt, xls, xlsx • File Manager must be: • Documents: doc, docm, docx, htm, html, mht, pdf, pps, ppsm, ppsx, ppt, pptm, pptx, pub, rtf, txt, xls, xlsm, xlsx • Images: gif, jpeg, jpg, png Audio: m3u, m4a, mp3, mp4, mpg, wma • Video: avi, flv, m4v, mov, mp4, mpeg, mpg, qt, swf, wmv • Other: flipchart, flp, nbk, notebook, xbk, zip

  9. Assignments / Projects • Use to set assignment dates and information. • Must select a course for the assignment to work. • May create recurring assignments. • Set date for when to display on calendar.

  10. Photo • Create an album • Add/view photos • Upload multiple photos • Images: gif, jpeg, jpg, png

  11. Announcements/Class Activities • Announcements will never go away unless you change them. • Class activities can have a deletion date.

  12. Class Schedule/Summer Reading/Supply List • Simply add text in the text editor area to share information for the above links.
