Amplification and Elution Profiles of c-KIT Variants in Wildtype and D816V Cell Lines

This study investigates the amplification curves and dilution profiles of c-KIT and its D816V mutation in various cell lines, specifically NB4 wildtype and HMC1. The experiments include a series of dilutions (1:1, 1:10, 1:100, 1:1000, 1:10000) to analyze the response of both wildtype and mutant forms of KIT. Additionally, examples of different elution profiles and chromatograms are presented to demonstrate the variations in analysis. This work provides insights into the behavior of c-KIT mutations relevant for therapeutic targeting.
