  2. M.E.D. Coordinator • Organize skit creation, assign parts, and practice. • Coordinate banner tracing, painting, and design. • Organize the conference mixer. • Find performance groups for conference. • Other duties as required.

  3. Vice-Chair Second-in-Command Create budgets for conference and committee activities, and responsible for exec team sticking to their budget. Works with the Student Organization Finance Center, and turns in forms for expenses incurred. Assist with Chair in decisions, and supports entire exec team where help is needed.

  4. Vice-Chair During Conference • Coordinate with food vendors on the delivery of conference meals. • Serve food along with committee member food servers. Before Conference • Collect dues • Order polos, t-shirts, name tags, backpacks, water bottles, fleeces, from CC Creations. • Create master list of committee members. • Order food for conference

  5. Risk Management Director **Conference does not happen without this person** Duties • All Camps and Student Activities paperwork • All committee training (i.e CPT, background checks, emergency procedures) • Conference = in the room all the time and on call overnight • Dealing with any issues during conference (i.e sick participants, behavior issues etc.) • Works with every other executive position Things to Consider • Good Time Management • Organized • Committed • Passionate

Winter Recruitinment & Retention Duties • Promotion Items/Marketing ARC • New Member Informationals/ Recruitment • WINTER RECRUITING! • MSC Open House • Friday Classes for Conference • SUPPORTIVE/helping hand during conference Time Commitment: • Beginning of each semester & at the end of Fall semester. • Committee & Exec weekly meetings • CONFERENCE!

SEAL Director • Description: • Design the theme the conference in the Fall • Getting rooms for conference • Finding Guest speakers • Most things that deal with the conference come from you • College Fair and Panels for Whoopin’ Weekend • Characteristics: • Love ARC • Organized • Happy • Deal with change • and stress well • Get along with • others, must be • able to work as • a team • Creative • Things to Consider: • It is basically a job in the Fall • You meet with lots of people and have to be on their good side to get what you want • Don’t really have time to procrastinate • Get to work with amazing people

Whoopin’ Weekend Director Duties (some): College Fair and panels for SEAL Book Conference rooms Come up with conference theme Design & order conference t-shirts Plan & Write conference detailed & basic schedule Select & Invite speakers Choose/Buy tickets for sporting event Book other event areas Print & make binders for execs to apply for WW Director! Discussion Group Coordinator • Things to Consider: • Creativity • Comfortable in front of others • Patience • Time Management • What will I do? • Lead DG Subco • Come up with DG names • DG Olympic games • Help with theme, subco, and partner reveals • Prepare run out and DG Olympic Slides if needed • Place participants into DGs • Always in conference room • Various other small tasks

Housing Coordinator • Before: • Contact Reslife • Make flyers • Recruit Aggies to host! • Host tables • Host informational • Make sure hosts do CPT/background check • Make spreadsheets using excel • Assigning participants to hosts • Luggage tags • Dorm signs • During: • Be prepared to make last minute room changes • At night, make sure everyone is in their room and comfortable • Have fun! • After: • Signing for service hours • Exec transition

Registration Coordinator! Duties: Before Conference- Registration Day (8am-5pm) Marketplace Orders Communication w/ parents & participants (phone & email) FILE PAPERWORK Participant bags During Conference- Check-in & Check-out Help any exec with anything they need Time Commitment: About 5 hours/week (depending on when paperwork is due) Things to consider: Patience, being polite, and appropriate tone is extremely important. You are the person parents mainly communicate with.

IT Coordinator Duties • CONFERENCE • Create the slideshow for the end of conference • Create, print, and put together nametags • Order and pick up radios • Make sure projector and microphones are working • Make conference playlist • Buy minutes for the emergency phone • GENERAL • Put together the PowerPoint for meetings each week • Make sure projector is working • Take attendance at each meeting and send emails about absences • Update and maintain the ARC website and listservs • Create Facebook page and update twitter account

  13. Includes: Two partners working together. Deciding and coordinating Intramural teams. In Charge of Friday Night Social and Campus Tour guides during conference. Planning and coordinating all social (hang outs, end of year social, football watch party) and service (profit shares, big event, etc.) events throughout the semester. Sub co is like the helping hands of conference, we help where we are needed. (food, set up, etc.) Social/Service Coordinator Duties

Service Events!! • Big Event • March 29th • Stick around after meeting to get your shirt! • More detailed information will be on the ARC page. • Relay for Life • April 25th 7pm- April 26th 7am • Disney vs Pixar theme, talk to me about ideas! • More information will also be put on the ARC page.

  15. ARC Field Day!! • Penny Wars incentive reveal! • When? Sunday, April 6th from 2-5 • Where? TBD • Why? Cause we are all awesome and we know it!

  16. Vice Chair and Director Application • Was emailed on Monday morning • Application is due on Monday, March 31st by 5 pm • Will send an email that night with your interview time • Coordinator application will be sent out on Friday, April 4th and will be due the following Friday, April 11th
