  7. 10th session of Informal Conference of South Eastern Europe NMHSs Directors – 21-22 September 2010 Istanbul, Turkey Main activities of NIMH- BAS between the 9th and 10th sessions of ICEED: - other Climate services were the key issue during the 10th Annual Meeting of the European Meteorological Society (EMS) and the 8th European Conference on Applied Climatology held in Zürich, Switzerland, 13-17 September 2010, http://meetings.copernicus.org/ems2010 ● one of the 5 Strategic Lectures in the Opening Session given by Michel Jarraud, Secretary-General of WMO was “The Global Framework on Climate Services” ● Theme Day on Climate Services - 14 Sep – 4 plenary and 20 oral presentations, panel discussion, 11 poster presentations including “Climate Services in the activities of WMO and GMES: ananalytical overview” by G. Kortchev, A. Yotova, T. Spassova, E. Batchvarova – NIMH – BAS
