  1. By Bree Martin 2 5-3-10 ANNE FRANK

  2. Anne Frank was born on June 12, 1929 in the German city of Frankfurt am Maine. Of course, she did not get married before she died. Anne died in a concentration camp a few days after Margot in Ma- rch, 1945. Miep, (the protector,) found the exact diary Anne wrote in. He gave it to Otto, the father, and it was soon published as a book.

  3. Social Contribution For Anne’s thirteenth birthday, She received a red and white diary. Every night, she would write in it about how her day went and how she’s living life. When she was taken away, this was one huge remainder of her. Then Meip found Anne’s diary, she wanted to give it to Anne herself. But seeing how Anne was dead, she gave the diary to Otto, her father, who soon published it as a book. If it weren’t for her diary, people today would barely know about Anne’s life story. Her story was shared with the whole world. With a diary named “Kitty”, people read and admired her for a long time.

  4. Childhood Anne went through a hard time her whole life, with the “No Jews” rule and Hitler killing the world, the only thing she had that she loved was her family. Otto was the father, Edith was the mommy, and her sister was Margot. And the EVER LASTING diary.

  5. Teenage Years Anne died in March 1945 at the age of 15 in a Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. Otto survived but nobody else did. They all died of a illness typhus. That is when Miep found the diary and it was soon published in 100000 copies in 65 languages.

  6. OTTOFRANK • The only one from the immediate Frank family to survive • Moved the family to Germany to Amsterdam • Married Edith Frank on May 12, 1925 • Died of cancer on August 19, 1980, (at the age of 91)

  7. QUOTESfromAnne Despite everything, I believe that people are really good at heart. Everyone has inside of him a piece of good news. The good news is that you don't know how great you can be! How much you can love! What you can accomplish! And what your potential is! How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world. I don't think of all the misery but of the beauty that still remains. No one has ever become poor by giving. The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be.

  8. Herbert Hoover Herbert Hoover was the 31st president in the United States. He was born on August 10, 1987 and died on October 20, 1964. He was an employee Bewick, Moreing & Co, a London-based mining company. He was the President when Anne Frank was alive.

  9. QuestionsforAnne Frank • Exactly where was you’re diary when the Nazis came to your house? • What was your favorite thing to do while you were in hiding? • When you were at concentration camp, what was it like? Did you wear blue and white stripe clothing? Did they put you to work right away?
