  2. Ingredients: • Four eggs • 1 glass of sugar(170 gr) • 1 glass of flour(100 gr) • 1 big apple • Some lemon(2-3 pieces) • 1 glass of olive oil or butter

  3. Wash the apple, then cut into four pieces and cut of core(You may peal the apple). Then you should cut the apple for thin pieces.

  4. Put some apple pieces in the bowl, sprinkle them with lemon and mix it. Then put some eggs, sugar, flour and mix for 10 minutes.

  5. Grease the baking form with olive oil or butter. • After that put some dough on down, then apples, on surface put remaining dough.

  6. Bake the Charlotte for 20-30 minutes in the warmed-over oven. • You can also put some apples on the top.
