DESCRIPTION

Northrop Grumman, the third-largest defense contractor in the U.S., faces recruitment challenges for recent graduates in technical fields. To attract talent, we propose creating an engaging game that showcases Northrop Grumman's advanced air combat, unmanned systems, and surveillance technologies. This interactive virtual product tour aims to provide insights into the company's offerings while appealing to computer engineers and scientists. Guest testing will ensure the prototype meets our goals, driving interest and improving the recruitment process.

  3. The Problem • Difficulty recruiting recent graduates in the following fields to Northrop Grumman (NG) • Computer Engineers • Computer Scientists • Electrical Engineers • Competition:

  4. Client’s Proposed Solution • Create a game to increase interest in NG and its products • Excellent medium for target demographic • Quick insight into what NG does • More engaging than pamphlets

  5. Metrics for Success • Deliver a prototype that our client is happy with • Guest testing survey results: • Does the experience accomplish our goals?

  6. Last Presentation • Presented RTS game • Some of the recurring Feedback: • Need to better understand target demographic • Its not clear the gameplay we showed will be engaging • Focus on making the products sound/look way cool.
