  17. Summary The DPCF has gotten off to a great start since being announced only 12 months ago. Our members possess a vast resource of knowledge and experience in the communications and business continuity fields. A key factor to our success will be whether we can share our knowledge in a style comprehensible by people that are novices in this area. This is the proverbial “ball” we must keep our eye upon.

  18. Summary The primary goal is to educate enterprises and small government entities that continuity planning is critical. This is also our most difficult and crucial challenge. The development of check lists, product planning guides and other activities will be a waste of time if we cannot convince enterprises that not only is a business continuity plan achievable, it is also affordable.

  19. Thank You All On behalf of TMC and the ECA, I would like to thank DPCF members for participating in this valuable initiative. Both TMC and the ECA are looking forward to working with the DPCF team to provide the enterprise community with the tools to effectively implement a business continuity plan.
