Types of Customers. By: Donny Cha. Argumentative. Customers who seem to look for problems . Insulting. Customers who are calling you names and is very rude . Impatient. Customers who show verbally and nonverbally that they do not want to wait. Those are types of bad costumers.

  2. Argumentative Customers who seem to look for problems.

  3. Insulting Customers who are calling you names and is very rude.

  4. Impatient Customers who show verbally and nonverbally that they do not want to wait.

  5. Those are types of bad costumers.

  6. Complaining A costumer that always have to say something and wont stop going on about the thing is in a negative way.

  7. Leave Me Alone A costumer that wants no help at all and just wants to do everything by themselves.

  8. Irritable/moody A costumer that has mood swings and changes there mind a lot and can get really annoying.

  9. Domineering/Superior Let them have there say and always compliment them on what the do.

  10. Slow/Methodical A costumer who is slow and takes there time and is very careful.

  11. These are types of costumers that are complicated.

Dialogue *A guy walks into Steve’s Shop at approximately 3:13pm the front doors open* “Hello, this is Steve at Steve’s Shop.”~ Steve “Hello, Steve.” ~Costumer “May I Help you with anything.” ~Steve “No, I don’t need your stupid help no go away.” ~Costumer “Okay, if you need anything I will be over there.” ~Steve “Well alright then.” ~Costumer *As Steve walks back to the cash register Steve was very calm and just left the costumer alone and just stayed neutral. That would be the right thing to do to a leave me alone costumer and a insulting costumer*
