  2. MLS Assistant can be placed on any existing website(s). We can also create your own personal virtual office website(VOW) We create a one stop shopping website for your contacts, providing them with everything they need to find a home, get pre-qualified and get daily email updates keeping them on top of what’s on the market.

  3. Don’t have enough time to add your listings? We can post your listings or your companies listings automatically from your MLS onto your website for the general public to view. We provide hot links on every property to view a public report, map, city and school report and email you for more info or an appointment.

  4. With the MLS Assistant, you can add your own listings to your website. You can add multiple photos, virtual tours, open house info as well as unlimited remarks about the property.

  5. AUT0MATICALLY CREATES PRINTABLE FYLERS

  6. Your contacts can sign themselves up and edit their own criteria at any time. All this data is stored for you in a database which can be downloaded into Top Producer, Outlook or a basic spreadsheet.

  7. Once registered they will come to their main page which will show the new updates for the day. They are also receiving a welcome letter from you with all the features available to them. They can also click a link to see all available properties matching their criteria or search for other homes.

  8. From the main page they can click the highlighted links to view a map, full addresses, full details, email you or a friend the listing, add to a favorite folder, and compare the property to other homes available or recently sold.

MLS Search: • Your contacts can search for homes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. • Search criteria includes: beds, baths, price, year built, style, parking, waterfront… even street address! • Your contacts can see full details of each property (including pictures, if available) without listing broker information.

  10. By clicking Search for Homes, your contacts can select towns outside their email criteria. They will have all the same links available on their search results. All searches are tracked so that you have access to see which towns they are interested in.

By clicking the Full Details link a public report will appear with your heading at the top and hot links on every page with a map, city & school report, compare to other homes, mortgage calculator, save to favorite folder, email you or a friend the listing or print it out with your heading at the top.

  13. When emailing you for more info or to set up an appointment, we will send the listing sheet along with the message and turn it into a full report with all broker info when you receive it.

  14. When clicking the email a friend link, we track the email address of the person being sent the listing. Under the activity log you will see when the listing was sent and to who.Your heading goes along with the listing.

Compare to Other Homes: You contacts can quickly compare a property they may be interested in to other similar homes.To derive the statistics for the comparison, the top 50 properties, closest in price in that town, are shown.For the 'recently sold' table, the properties included are those sold in the last three months. When clicking on the property address, a public report will be available to view with all listing sheet hot links.

  16. Home PortfolioWhere favorite properties can be saved to view at a later time – as the status changes in MLS it will update in the Portfolio - you also get to view this portfolio letting you keep abreast of which properties your clients are interested in.

  17. Contact Activity Tracking: With the MLS Assistant, you can see the day and time your contacts last viewed a property. This will alert you to whose looking first thing every day at listings and who’s just looking once in awhile. This will let you know who to spend time and energy with, helping you manage your busy schedule more efficiently. You can also see EVERY page they have looked at since registering with you!No longer will they be able to tell you they are only looking in one area! When clicking the property address, this opens a full report for you to check out who the listing agent is.

  18. Once logged into the agent side of our program, you will see an overview of your website activity. Who logged onto your website, registered in new and who viewed properties from their email today.

  19. “Your Contacts” tab is where we store your database. The most active buyers show up first. Each contact has an info box with hot links to all their email, activity log, home portfolio and what was sent on their email.

  20. You have a search page allowing you to search for homes in all status categories, active, sold & uag. You can search by MLS # or street address as well.

  21. Each property is displayed with photo and main info as well as with hot links to open a Full Report, email a contact, compare to other homes or add to your own portfolio.

Daily Alert Emails: • Each morning, your contacts will receive an email of new and updated properties that meet their criteria. • At the top of every page, your name, picture, logo, and contact information will be shown. • Your contacts can see full details of each property (including pictures, if available) without listing broker information. You will always be the only contact person seen.

From here your contacts can click the Updated Property List to see all available properties, Search for other homes, Change their user info or remove themselves from emails. By clicking the property address they will pull up the public report with all hot links.

  24. Add Contacts: You can add your contacts yourself with the MLS Assistant, but the easiest way is to have your contacts register via your website. They will automatically receive an email with their password, and will have instant access to search for homes online. They can change their user information, including email address and property preferences, at any time. Email Contacts: With the MLS Assistant, you can send out an email to any or all of your customers at once. This is an easy way to check in with your contacts and stay in touch with them.The email is sent out separately to each contact, so one contact will not see who else received the same email. The “Vault”: If you place a contact in the vault, he or she is restricted from the system. The contact will not be able to search or receive Daily Alerts. In addition, the contact cannot re-register on your system with that email address.

  25. IDX SOLUTION If you select to use our IDX solution, when clicking Property Search from your website a search page will pop up for contacts to search for homes but will only receive Town, Price, Beds, Bath and Sq.Ft of property.

Search results from the IDX Solution When clicking on the Details link a page will come up for the contact to log in if they are already registered with you or a new contact will register in at that point. Once logged in the property they were interested in will pop up on the screen in a public report.

  27. Website Design and Hosting: • Don’t have a website yet? No problem! We have design and hosting packages available for you as well. • You can get set up with a website, the MLS Assistant, and website hosting (consider it your “parking space” on the Internet) for a very competitive cost. • For extensive websites, we can speak with you on a per-site basis and work towards a solution that works best for your needs.

  28. This template is designed with links on the top. You can add whatever links you feel will benefit your on buyers such as Chamber links, Mortgage links, etc. . You can also change the coloring to your specified colors.

  31. The MLS Assistant Office Account: • Each The office version of the MLS Assistant allows complete organization of an office’s contacts. • Agent can transfer contacts from one agent to another. In addition, a prospective contact can choose a particular agent they are working with when they register on the office website. • If a contact does not choose a particular agent, the contact’s details will go into a general folder. At any time they can be transferred to a particular agent’s account.
