2. What is the Paradise in Zselic all about? • Location: Hungary, South of Danube, Zselic (Bárdudvarnok-Bánya) • 71 hectare (on a chine surronded by two watercourse and two lake); firstly, it is a futuristic village-town, secondly, it is a thematic tourism park • As a futuristic village-town it is a sacrally structured new kind of village • As a thematic tourism park, it is for the physical and spiritual well-being and healing of the individaul (this is the main purpose)

3. What kind of steps have been taken so far? • The land has been purchased • A project plan has been designed (310 pages) which was presented to and accepted by the county’s development council • In co-operation with the owner of the neighbouring land a new road, up untill the main gate, has been constructed • This year and the next spring – on 58 hectare – afforestation will take place • Hopefully, the project will be part of the second National Developement Plan (ROP)

What is the Paradise in Zselic all about? • Firstly, it is a seemingly conventional tourism park • Secondly, it is a home for nature-centred lifestyle • Thirdly, it is an uptodate knowledge park • Fourthly, it is a national e-tourism centre • Fifthly, it is an institute for self- and community healing • Sixthly, it is a centre for consciousness developing technologies • Seventhly, it is an exercise-house of lifestyles • It is an exercise place to fulfil human desires

Basic datas • 71 hectare on the Kopasz hill of Bánya, and its surroundings • Constructable: 3 % – which is, in case of two storied buildings with an add store, about 61 thousand square kilometres • Hotells, Inn-s, family houses with gardens • 12 programme centres • Next to the house of thephysical: a thermal bath • A completely ecological development based on renewable energy resources • Up today 70-80 expert have helped us
