Personal Vision Statement • I believe in the use of administrative discretion to benefit the students and the faculty. • The burden of appropriate application of policy falls on the administrator and not the bureaucratic system. • An administrator always has discretion and it is their duty to make sure that policy is appropriately enforced based on the context of the situation.
