Problems/Calls from ZCR • June 3rd 11:30 pm • Slow control warnings • SRTD-FLTvolt south channel 4 • Fixed by logging into teucer and using command: srtdfltlv on/ srtdfltlv off until all the voltages looked normal • Pow_CAL in RCAL, BCAL etc. • Ping monitor shows hc3control is unreachable • Go to 6th floor and reset computer • June 6th 8:30 pm • Slow control problem with PRES-deputy missed instructions to email Isabell

  16. Problems/calls continued • June 7th • GFLT histos show CAL pipeline jump • Called Allesandro, called John L. (this is a CFLTP prob.) • June 9th • Cal in undefined offline state, can’t include CAL in runs. Called Allesandro
