  2. Home About Us • Here at Sam’s Classic American Italian we offer many classic and contemporary dishes. All of our food is of the highest quality. We use all fresh ingredients never any canned or frozen fruits and vegetables.

His mother raised him and passed down all of her great family recipes to him which are now served at our restaurants. All of our recipes come from generations of great cooking. In 1986 he opened Sam’s and has been making great food ever since. HE expanded the restaurant in 1995 to seat more customers.
