  27. Objectifs • L’application PAF permet aux compagnies de gérer ses données : • Ajout/modification • Produits • Formules • Programmes commerciaux • Gestion mise en production • Date de disponibilité

  28. Produit Compagnie • Un produit est classé par domaine • Définition TeleBiB2 Produit : Un Produit est la dénomination d’un type spécifique de police (contrat) auprès d’une compagnie. Une compagnie peut, pour un même type de police, proposer plusieurs sortes de polices. Ces polices peuvent être identifiées par le nom du produit. Un contrat ne peut concerner qu’un seul produit. IPD+A532+xxx'

  29. Formule Compagnie • Une formule est associée à une garantie • Définition TeleBiB2 IFD : Contient une formule. Une formule est la distinction faite par une compagnie à l'intérieur d'une garantie (ICD) ou d'une sous-garantie (ISD) pour indiquer la possibilité choisie par le preneur d'assurance parmi les diverses variantes dans cette (sous-)garantie.   30. Programme commercial Compagnie • Définition TeleBiB2 Programme commercial : La police appartient à une ligne de produits, une gamme (notre notion de Produit). L'assureur peut en plus cadrer ceci avec une action commerciale ou un programme commercial, éventuellement au niveau du client ou d'un ensemble de clients. Ceci veut couvrir aussi bien une action temporaire comme lors du salon d'auto, que le système élaboré de style CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Application PAF • L’application PAF est une application Internet qui permet aux compagnies ASWeb ou non ASWeb de gérer leurs produits, leurs formules et leurs programmes commerciaux. • Par compagnie, un responsable doit être désigné. Ce sera notre personne de contact. • Les modifications introduites par les compagnies sont descendues 1x par mois dans le référentiel (début du mois)
