  4. Navigating for First Use • Tap person icon at top left • Tap campus name • Select teacher from list – all teachers will be listed; however you can only view those assigned to the administrator 3 2 1

  5. Viewing Forethought, Aware, and Workshop Forethought (Lesson Plan) Workshop (Staff Portfolio) Notes added in Forethought can NEVER be deleted or edited after added to a teacher’s lesson plan. Aware (Assessment)

  6. To begin Walkthrough, tap the + in the left, middle of the screen. Use Birdville…2012-13 form only. Walkthroughs Select Strategies, Structures, and Evidence of Learning. You can also select Other Considerations and Comments as well as add Other Comments in the form. Refer to the BISD glossary for definitions. http://schools.birdvilleschools.net/domain/3648
