To begin relaxing breathe in through your nose to a count of 3 and out through your mouth to a count of 6 • Even if you can’t fall asleep breathing this way will insure rest • Napping between 1pm-3pm is the best time • Create a comfortable temperature within your nap area • Limit noise and light • 20-30 minutes is recommended for short term alertness Get your nap on! http://www.theenergyproject.com/tips
