  1. Nicholas Calcanes A Stellar Education Nicholas Calcanes was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL and grew up in Lauderdale Lakes. Following his grade and high school career, he began studying at West Virginia Wesleyan College. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in both Economics and Government and enjoyed an early career in sales with The Prudential before moving on the Bank of America, where he has enjoyed a distinguished career.

Nicholas Calcanes Life in Charlotte, NC Nicholas Calcanes has called Charlotte, NC his home for many years, having spent much of his career working at Bank of America’s headquarters in various roles. He has developed a great love for the city and regularly enjoys his time away from work playing golf on some of the wonderful courses in the area. His time in Charlotte has helped him develop, both as a person and a professional.

Nicholas Calcanes Information and Experience When developing a strategy in relation to a new project, Nicholas Calcanes always aims to use all of the information available to him in the planning stages. He also relies on the benefit of his years of experience in the banking industry, both allowing him to quickly make decisions regarding his chosen strategy and to create teams that are capable of bringing new ideas to the table.

Nicholas Calcanes Team Oriented Nicholas Calcanes has been a part of large project teams for much of his career, establishing himself as somebody who could take the helm and assemble a talented group of individuals during his early days as a Business Analyst at Bank of America. While there, he created the team that designed and developed ‘Merlin Teller’, which was eventually rolled out to all of the bank’s branches.
