AVISO DE SUBASTA PÚBLICANI-001/2012 El Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica invita a la subasta pública de la siguiente propiedad: Beneficio Húmedo de Café, el cual incluye: Un lote de terreno por 8.5 manzanas (2.81 manzanas es terreno con café y el remanente en bosques), maquinaria y equipo para el beneficio, obras civiles o estructura, 2 tractores y un camión. Ubicado en la Comunidad Cuatro Esquinas, Comarca San José Las Latas, del Km 148 ½ Carretera a Matagalpa - Jinotega, 2kms. al Norte Banda Izquierda. Precio de Referencia: U$148,891.48. Las bases de la subasta estarán disponibles en las oficinas del BCIE ubicadas en Plaza España, de la Rotonda el Güegüense 10 varas al oeste, Managua, República de Nicaragua, hasta el 08 de Agosto del 2012. La Fecha máxima recepción de ofertas es el Lunes 27 de Agosto del 2012, a las 4:30 p.m., en las oficinas del BCIE.
