The Making the Most of Masters (MMM) initiative provides master's students with the opportunity to engage in work-based dissertation projects, funded by the Scottish Funding Council as part of the Learning to Work 2 program. This collaboration enhances links between universities and employers, allowing students to tackle 'real-world' projects while improving their employability. With over 200 facilitated projects and engagement from 279 employers, MMM aims to create a sustainable, adaptable model across disciplines and sectors, benefiting both students and employers alike.
