  2. Housekeeping • Please complete your registration form if you have not already done so. See Marie Warnick. • Can only accept cash or checks for registration fee. Please make sure you pick up your receipt. • We need to have a copy of your presentation. A CD with all presentations will be mailed to each attendee after the meeting. • Make sure your mailing address in on your registration form. • Breaks – morning and afternoon with refreshments
