ITIL 4 vs ITIL V3: The Major Differences

While ITIL 4 has kept much of what folks liked about ITIL V3, this is a major rethink with some smart thinking, rearrangement, and re-pitching of the previous approach.<br>In an ITIL v3, we learn that updated ITIL is more suitable for the current business environment or requirement because it has some decisive elements so that the IT service management is run along with business requirements. On the other hand, ITIL4 is joining with frameworks like DevOps, Agile, and Lean by uniting this framework with the traditional ITSM practices to fill the gap between operational and organizational objectives.
