  2. Exercise • Exercise is not only good for you, it’s fun too! Whether it’s walking around battling like Ash and Pikachu or cutting grass with your master sword like Link, you can have fun doing it! This PowerPoint is going to give you some fun ways to exercise!

  3. Running • You can have lots of fun running, but if you choose to run, start off at a nice slow jog first and don’t push yourself too hard, we don’t want you getting hurt!

  4. Jump-rope • Jump rope is always fun, and it’s a good way to get going too! But you should still be careful, people can still get hurt.

  5. Swimming • Swimming is great exercise. This will work different muscles depending on the style of swimming you do. Just try not to drown!

  6. Biking • Biking is fun. It’s a good way to work your leg muscles. There are some beautiful bike trails to ride along too 

  7. Push-ups • Push-ups may not be all that fun, but they’re good at helping you get upper body strength! If Edward Elric can do them without his arm automail, then so can you!

  8. Going Outside • Just going outside is nice too. You don’t always have to go outside to exercise. Just going out to play your ocarina is nice too!

  9. Weight Lifting • Weight lifting helps develop upper body strength. Don’t lift more than you can handle!

  10. Dancing • Dancing is always fun! You can find cool dances to try out too!

  11. Planking • Yes, planking. Planking is good, it’s fun too! Planking helps build up your core muscles! Do it for the kitties!!!

  12. Walking • Taking a walk is a nice, peaceful way to exercise. It builds up leg strength!

  13. Sit ups • Sit ups are good at working your core muscles. And if you wanna defeat the titans, you better do sit ups.
