    4. Six degrees of separation In Delaware, make that three one or two if youre related! Getting to providers meant getting to those they work with and trust.

    9. Pluses Using our partners to facilitate is a better use of our staff time and resources. Working within the hospital setting gave us access to resources such as computers, and incentives, like dinner!

    10. More pluses Partners give each other more credibility. Partner affiliation provides peer pressure. Partnerships increase attendance.

    11. And a few minuses Group meetings do reduce one-on-one interaction. Individual barriers may be difficult to identify. Everyone works at different paces, and its a challenge to keep everyone on board.

    12. Lessons learned Check your tech! Provide an in-depth look at the tool upfront. Complete agreements and pre-assessments before, or at time of, training. Pre-register participants when possible, and create their user IDs. Research audience and look at how to use time most efficiently.

    13. Time flies! Time management is crucial when faced with a small staff and smaller resources. Key partnerships give us opportunities to reach more physicians at one time, place a greater weight on our message, and exert some peer pressure to conform.
