The Leeds Sustainable Development Group is dedicated to transforming the South Bank area into a vibrant, well-connected community. Our vision focuses on creating 'green' buildings for living, working, and leisure, enhancing green spaces and waterways, and local energy generation for neighbourhoods. By prioritizing walking and cycling routes, we aim to reduce car dependency and foster local education, job opportunities, and culture. This initiative also emphasizes exemplar townscape quality and aims to establish a central park as a catalyst for regeneration and community connectivity.
