Recommendations of LLL in Riga 2008 We should • Identify and remove unnecessary legal constraints on NGO activities. • Ensure equal opportunities for independent action for everyone. • Provide sufficient financial support for the activities. • Promote a common, multilateral framework for LLL programmes. • Include in Nordplus framework all countries in the B S R.
LLL in HelsingØr 2009 We represent two groups: Those who provide LLL and those who participate in LLL. Together we can exchange experiences and find newsolutions.
