Tamil Nadu has yet to open a Letter of Credit for ₹32.84 crores for UI payments, causing defaults of ₹39 crores as of May 7, 2012. Weekly SEM data receipt delays were noted in April 2012, with Andhra Pradesh yet to commence submissions. Karnataka is sending submissions only from Nelamangala and Raichur, while Tamil Nadu is limited to Gumdipundi, Hosur, and Kuzhithurai. The CERC order dated February 9, 2012, mandates connection agreements for both existing and new generators, and compliance reports have been submitted. Various connection agreements remain pending from multiple stations.
