  2. What is SFTP? Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) is the site used to electronically transmit data in a secure manner. Access is password protected. All actions (e.g. logins, uploads, downloads and deletes) are logged and audited.

  3. Minimum System Requirements • Internet Access, Internet Explorer version 8, and Adobe Acrobat Reader version 9.

  4. SFTP SiteCCHCS Internal User needs to open this URL for SFTP access: https://prod-sftp.cphcs.ca.gov:8443External User (Ex: County DMH Staff) needs to open this URL for SFTP access: https://sftp.cphcs.ca.gov Click on “Continue to this website”

  6. Enter Login and Password

  7. Client Site Files can be moved from remote server to local “C” Drive. Naming convention: IRD_CDC_<<CDCNUMBER>>_<<COUNTYCODE>>_<<CURRENT_DATE>.pdf (Example: IRD_CDC_A22222_067_2012-03-19.pdf) Files will be auto deleted from remote server after 30 days.
