This study investigates the role of miR-138 in regulating FOSL1 mRNA levels. UM1 and 1386Ln cells were treated with either a miR-138 mimic or a control mimic, while 686Tu cells received anti-miR-138 LNA or negative control LNA. The expression levels of FOSL1 were assessed using quantitative RT-PCR across at least three independent experiments to ensure reliability. Results indicated a significant effect of miR-138 on FOSL1 expression, with p-values less than 0.05, highlighting miR-138's potential as a regulatory molecule.
