    1. The Middleborough Public Library’s Birthday Club What’s it all about? Members who sign up donate $10 to have their name and birthday appear. Each year they receive a Birthday card and can renew for another $10 donation. Who is it for? Anyone and everyone. You can sign your self up or give it as a gift. Children especially love to see their name come up! Where does the money go? All donations go into the Endowment Fund which provides for the future of the Library How to become a member? Stop in at the Library with your donation and fill out a membership form. Please make checks payable to “F.M.P.L”
