Purpose of the meeting • Inform you of the strengths and weaknesses of the pilot data and pilot models used by the schools. • Examine our data and formulate questions and strategies for answering those questions. • Provide you with information needed in order to meet with your constituents and discuss the data and the decision.

Assessing Our Work Today • Our main goal today is to complete the work needed to take this information back to our constituents. • We will use the Fist to Five consensus model to assess whether we are meeting that goal – addressing concerns of individuals who are not at level 3 or above before moving on. • Guiding Question: • “Are we ready to take this information back to departments?”
