Recent Activity • Monthly security review with IBM • No major incidents through 1st qtr 2012 • No market specific threats identified • Normal monitoring is recommended • “ISeC” Information Security Review • Completed every 18 months • Defines security services provided to SMT • Defines customer & IBM responsibilities for security controls • Review of Green Button & HAN Reporting • SWG completed review of story boards

  4. Upcoming Activities • Review HAN Provisioning Window • Manage Annual SMT Security Audit • Begin discussions for 2012 timeline • Review Release 4.0 Functionality • Ongoing: As Needed
