The CPDA RANGERS Project aims to support at-risk youth (ages 18-30), particularly ex-combatants, in Aceh by providing vocational training and job opportunities as forest rangers. This initiative encompasses six districts: Aceh Jaya, Bireuen, Aceh Besar, Pidie, Pidie Jaya, and Aceh Barat, which are areas of high conflict and environmental degradation. By promoting social integration and responsible community behavior through employment, the project seeks to enhance community involvement and support local youth committees while addressing unemployment and environmental issues in the region.
