OBJETIVOS Promoción y prevención de acuerdo a planificación, atención y seguimiento en temas de salud y nutrición Cuidados: Promoción de prácticas adecuadas de cuidado y capacitación a las cuidadoras. Lograr la inclusión y cohesión social de las familias en situación pobreza y extrema pobreza. Identificación Social: información efectiva, referencia a los servicios de protección social. Generación de prácticas para el buen trato en las relaciones cotidianas intrafamiliares Generación de capacidades de contención para las personas responsables del cuidado
