  1. NSF Budget • NSF Budget held over till September • Admin – request $132M, 2.4% over FY’05 • House provides inc. 3.1% or $ 170.6M • Senate recommends inc. 1.1% or $ 58.2M • (new item – ice breakers)

  2. NSF Changes • Dr. Kathie Olsen, new Deputy Director • Moved DSC up to Director’s office from CISE • Created Office for Cyber-infrastructure (OCI) • Cyber-infrastructure Council (CIC)
