  3. Primary Colors Red,Yellow, Blue. Basic colors that make all other colors.

  4. Secondary Colors Orange, GreenandViolet. Created by mixing 2 Primary Colors.

  5. Tertiary Colors (Intermediate) Mixed by 1 Primary and 1 Secondary color. Red-Orange(RO) Red-Violet(RV) Blue- Violet(BV) Blue-Green (BG) Yellow-Orange (YO) Yellow-Green (YG)

  6. Palette • Surface to mix paints on

  7. ColorScheme • A planned combination of colors

  8. Opposite on the color wheel • Red & Green • (Christmas) • Blue & Orange • (Chicago Bears) • Violet & Yellow • (Schurz) Complementary Colors

  9. One color and it’s values Monochrome Monochromatic

  10. Tint Color + White Tone Color + Black

  11. Intensity • How bright or dull a color is
