Directions for Popcorn Writing Activity • These slides should be printed and used individuallyas pages for picture writing activities.(Pages can be printed then recopied in black & white) • Picture symbols needed to complete the sentences are located on Slides 18-21. (Picture symbols are placed in sentence structure but can be cut out individually). • Teachers and/or students can cut out the symbols on Slides 18 – 21. Students then glue appropriate symbols in corresponding boxes underneath the picture symbols.

  7. We put the popcorn bag in the microwave to cook.
