On-Air, Online & Promotional Partnership Bustos Media will provide Aventura the following on-air, on-line & promotional support: Commercials: 50 :60s on La Gran D 94.3, Stockton, Sacramento, East Bay 30 :60s on La Gran D 93.9, Modesto 60 :60s on Latino 97.9, Sacramento Total –140 :60s Promotional Announcements: 40 :30s on La Gran D 94.3, Stockton, Sacramento, East Bay 25 :30s on La Gran D 93.9, Modesto 45 :30s on Latino 97.9, Sacramento Total – 110 :30s Live Mentions: 40 :15s on La Gran D 94.3, Stockton, Sacramento, East Bay 25 :15s on La Gran D 93.9, Modesto 45 :15s on Latino 97.9, Sacramento Total – 110 :15s Website ad on www.radiolagrande.com, and www.latino979.com Ticket Giveaways: 4 VIP Package tickets for giveaway contest on-air & at station events 15 pair per station on-air, online, texting, and at van hits 5 pair of VIP Tickets to use internally at Bustos Media Promotional Activities: Live remotes with La Gran D and Latino at arena on day of event Banners with La Gran D and Latino at arena on day of event Street Team support throughout on-air promotion On-Stage MC by Dinamita Online blog to promote excitement about event

On-Air, Online & Promotional Partnership Aventura will provide Bustos Media the following promotional support: Concert Tickets: 4 VIP Package tickets for VIP Giveaway Contest 4 Meet & Greets for the winners of the VIP tickets 15 pair (45 total) per station 5 pair (10 total) of VIP tickets to use internally at Bustos Media Premium space at the Stockton Arena on day of event for station booths, banners, vans, and sponsor booths or sponsor banners (amount of sponsor booths / banners can be discussed) Logo placement on posters, banners, print ads and flyers where possible Dinamita to welcome artists on stage before they perform Investment: $5,000
