  3. Published Notice I will sell to the highest bidder, but not for less than the Appraised Value, together with certified Special Assessments after Forfeiture, the following parcels of land. These properties forfeited to the State of Minnesota for the non-payment of taxes. This sale will be governed as to the terms by the Directive of the Hennepin County Auditor No. 1700 PA 2014-21, adopted on the 3rd day of April, 2014, pursuant to legal authority as provided under Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.135, whereby the Director of Resident and Real Estate Services Department, acting in the capacity of County Auditor-Treasurer, has had the matter hereinafter described come before the County Auditor for administrative review. Said sale shall commence at 9:00 a.m., Friday, May 2, 2014 at the Resident and Real Estate Services Department, A-Level Auditorium, Hennepin County Government Center. Any parcels for which no bid is received during the public sale can be purchased beginning the next business day, Monday, May 5, 2014, at 8:30 a.m. at the office of the Resident and Real Estate Services Department for not less than the Minimum Bid price set forth on List 1700-PA.
