This study investigates the progression of endometrial cancer in Ptend/d and Mig-6overPtend/d mice. Histological analysis was performed using hematoxylin-eosin staining on tissue samples from both mouse models at 2 months of age. The findings reveal significant differences in tumor development patterns between the two strains, which could provide insights into the mechanisms underlying endometrial cancer pathology. This research contributes to the understanding of genetic factors in cancer progression.
