  15. Allocation Form If any income is anticipated, enter here (default is 0.00) Enter funds needed for the specific request Name the item (ex: Pizza) Briefly describe request Add new line items for each item needed for the event (i.e. pizza, balloons) 2014 (c) Marist SGA v1.0

  17. Review Submitted Allocations Status of allocation (whether the CFO has approved/rejected it) Total requested funds (sum of line item amnts) View line items for event Total of funds given by CFO. Will show $0.00 if pending. Delete Allocation 2014 (c) Marist SGA v1.0

  19. Officer Roster Click on an officer’s position to change it This page lists all officers the currently active club. You can also remove an officer by clicking on the red “X” 2014 (c) Marist SGA v1.0

  20. Add New Officers Type in a student’s CWID and select a position (President, VP, Secretary, etc) to add him/her as an officer of your club AT THE END OF YOUR TERM: Be sure to add newly elected officers to the system! 2014 (c) Marist SGA v1.0

  21. Officer Events College Activities sends out invitations for activity fairs, officer workshops, etc. This slide explains how to RSVP to these events (LEFT): Events you have not replied to (RIGHT): Events you have sent an RSVP for 2014 (c) Marist SGA v1.0
