Main Characters • The main characters are Sarah, Anna, Caleb, and Papa. • I would describe Sarah as loving, missing, caring, and smart. • I would describe Anna as amazing, wonderful, caring, and loving. • I’d describe Papa as wanted, fearful, wonderful, and nice. • Also I’d describe Caleb as smart, nice, amazing, and kind.

  3. Setting • The setting is on a farm land and inside a house. They had cows, chickens, dogs, and hay.

  4. What They Had • They had candles, flowers, wagons, and songs. • They all loved all of the things that they had their. • As they all got that stuff they lit, planted, sang, and rode in it.

  5. A summary about the book • It is mostly about these four people named Papa, Sarah, Anna, and Caleb that are trying to find a new mom. But papa puts out in the newspaper saying that I am trying to find a new wife because after Caleb was born his mother died. But they have had bad memories about it. That is why we are trying to find a new mom or wife. Caleb and Anna have asked some questions, Will she be nice? Will she like them? Will she stay? And they waited and waited.

  6. The Problem/Solution • The problem is they can’t find a mom or a wife, so they put an ad in the news paper. • When someone finds it out in the newspaper they send a letter back to papa and say when she is coming by, what she is going to wear, and what her name is. Her name is Sarah. • The most exciting thing is when Sarah comes down to see Anna, Caleb, & Papa. Sarah stay’s for a whole two weeks to see if she likes it or not.

  7. Interesting/Important Events • The most interesting or important event is when papa, Anna, and Caleb find a mom. And they all can’t believe that they have found a mom named Sarah. And Sarah says I will stay down here if I like it or not. So a couple days later she says, “ I miss everything where I lived and there is no ocean or any sea creatures down here either,” she also says another thing,” I think I mite go back up.” So Anna and Caleb are worried to see if she will stay.

  8. What I Would Give It • I would give 5***** because it is an excellent book and it reminds me of someone in my family.
