Customer User Acceptance Test (CUAT) Environment - PPS • Pilot PP24 2010 with Department of Treasury – external procedures will be finalized and provided to user community shortly after pilot has concluded. • Full Implementation PP04 2011 (with test conducted in PP02 2011 scheduled release projects) • What’s included in UAT Phase I: • EPIC Web, FESI, PMSO, PINE/PEPL, DRBS, • TIME, TINQ, TSUS, TMGT • ADJP, PAYE, PACS • BEAR (including BEAR18 Downloads) • EARN (Excludes EARN online) • PHIS/IRIS / PINQ & MASC – For Accounting validation only • Focus • What’s not included in Phase I: • EPIC Client - No plans to integrate this application, EPIC Web only* • Reporting Center ( PP12 2011) • Employee Personal Page (EPP) (PP12 2011) • EmpowHR (Scheduled for PP12 2011 ) • * will depend on EPIC Web showstoppers being resolved.

Customer User Acceptance Test (CUAT) Environment - PPS • Security Procedures Defined • Process Name: CUAT • USERID • Employee Name • Organizational Code, POI • Email Account Established for PPS Testing Purposes – • NFC.PPSUAT@nfc.usda.gov • Web Application for UAT (Project # 00259) for UAT – allows entry of SSN to populate to UAT environment - scheduled for PP02/11. • Will have bi-directional feed capabilities for third party applications . • FESI Test Windows are independent from CUAT and will remain on pre-scheduled testing windows. • T&As that are sent will be processed.
