The top photo is one of activity in women’s credit union and the other photo is discussion about violence againts women in the high school Credit Union groups have monthly discussion on several issues e.g. reproductive health, gender issues, VAW, etc.. Students of high school also have regular discussion on gender issues esp. for girls as vulnerable group. The steps when we have discussion to the women’s group are watching video, by cases study, picture, buzz group. Summarise the steps that contributed to achieving this most significant change. What specific adult learning activities were conducted? The group that involved are teachers, other NGO’s, police, victim’s family and environment.Through PESADA the victims can be outreach, counseling, shelter. PESADA always have socialization to the police station, village, judge, high school. PESADA and law institution have MOU for the women victim of violence. I’m currently with Sada Ahmo Organization as supervisor for Women Crisis Center Sada Ahmo Organization (PESADA) is a local NGO in North Sumatera. Mission : - To raise awareness of women, children, and other marginal groups on their rights - To strengthening the economic, social, cultural and political position of women, children and other marginal groups - To provide advocacy and legal aid for women, children and other marginal groups Now I’m as assistance women victim of violence I look forward to learn more about methods of adult learning and have discussion from other participants about their experiences and have networking too.
