Six Fundamental Rights • Right to Equality • Cannot discriminate on religion, race, caste, gender, place of birth • Equality of opportunity for all citizens related to employment under state government • Right to Particular Freedom • Freedom of speech • Freedom to assemble peacefully and without arms • Freedom to form associations or unions • Freedom to move freely throughout India • Freedom to reside in any part of India

Six Fundamental Rights • Cultural and Educational Rights • Right to preserve its distinct language, script or culture • Right to Freedom of Religion • Right to practice, profess and propagate religion, subject to certain restriction (public order, social welfare etc.) • Right against Exploitation • Prohibition against forced labor, child labor • Right to Constitutional Remedies • Right to change the constitution
