Conclusions • The cataclysmic variables have the same dependence of the flickering amplitude on the average flux ΔF ~ Favk like the symbiotic stars. • There are 2 groups of values for parameter k: about 1.40 for symbiotic stars and about 0.80 for the cataclysmic ones. • In several cases for the flickering amplitude we find 2 different dependences with close values of k in different states of the variable stars.
