  2. What is the Product? • Main Idea: • Exporting refurbished laptops from the US to the countries of Zimbabwe and Uganda in Africa • The Process: • Outsource used laptop repair to India through a joint venture at low cost • Ship repaired laptops to Zimbabwe and Uganda from India for sale

Why Africa and India? • Why Africa? • Not as technologically advanced as the US • Citizens can improve their standard of living through the educational opportunity provided by laptop adoption • Virtually untapped market in the computer industry • Why India? • Cheaper to get laptops repaired and fixed • High IT knowledge
