Model má statisticky významnou schopnost predikce pacientů s lupus antikoagulans (Hosmer and Lemeshow test). Mannův-Whitneyův U test P< 0,001 n = 100 RLA n = 100 pozitivní negativní Tvar ROC křivky potvrzuje, že vytvořený model má velmi dobrou schopnost predikce a tedy zároveň vysokou senzitivitu i specificitu k detekci pacientů s lupus antikoagulans.
